What's a good way to feel good when you're feeling kinda icky?!


Question: What's a good way to feel good when you're feeling kinda icky.?
usually im a pretty positive person, but i think we all have our moments, when we're feeling a little blue for whatever reason.

sometimes i feel a little more anxious on certain days of the year then others. i'll start worrying about the same thing over and over again, until i can get it resolved.

right now im experiencing a problem in which i have to talk with someone, even though i don't know quite how to approach them and what to say. if i don't talk with them, i won't feel better i don't believe, but if i do talk with them, i don't want it where they'll be uncomfortable around me.

what's a way to feel positive, confident, strong, and happy.?

I've hidden my emotions as a way to look more self-confident than I was feeling at the time. There have been times when I didn't want people to know how I was feeling, whether I was hurt, embarrassed, sad... whatever. Sometimes I feel better for having kept those emotions back because I feel like I still have some dignity and privacy in the situation. Other times, I've wished that I had let the other person see how I was feeling. I mean, if you don't tell a person how you're feeling, how will they know not to act that way the next time.?
