How do you deal with mean and rude ppl. Do they get under your skin?!

Question: How do you deal with mean and rude ppl. Do they get under your skin.?
I know the best answer is "just ignore". I usually have pretty thick skin and ignore all rude, mean, and nasty stuff. But sometimes out of nowhere, someone will come along and send a really rude/mean/cruel message for no reason- I never even spoke to them-and it just pisses me off. Anyone else.? What do you do.? Just ignore it like the rest.?Health Question & Answer

I'm the same way. Most of the time I can just ignore it, or throw some witty sarcastic comment their way and be done. But once in a while someone just gets my shackles up. In fact, just yesterday someone on here had me SO mad. I ended up editing my answer like 4 times, called him a moron and a twit, got reported and my answer deleted lol.

And the entire time I KNEW that I shouldn't let him get to me, but I just couldn't help it.

Of course ignoring is the smart thing to do, speaking with someone like that is a sure way to make yourself even more upset. But somedays.......

Just tell yourself what a sad miserable person they must be, that sometimes makes me feel better.Health Question & Answer

if someone's being a prick to me (or acting like one) usually i act like a total @sshole to them in return. then they get pissed because i'm made them mad, and they usually storm away.

may not be the best answer, but it's mine and i guess that's what "fight fire with fire" expression means. Health Question & Answer

just like you i get pissed of, dwell on it but after a while ignore it, sorry but that is the only thing you can doHealth Question & Answer

I usually ignore things, but I've been in situations where something was either said to me or even said to people who I didn't know and happened to be there to witness it.....well, sometimes my really sharp tongue comes out with no warning.Health Question & Answer
