Anxiety disorder question?!


Question: Anxiety disorder question.?
i have really bad anxiety sometimes. i literally worry myself sick over stupid things all the time (it was worse when i was little). sometimes it feels like i'm going to die but its not a panic attack, its more of a "oh my god. someday i'm going to die." thing and then me freaking out out of no where. when i don't have anything to look forward to, i feel depressed and like theres nothing to live for. i'm also VERY very paranoid if that has anything to with it. i constantly check if someones hiding in my closets, behind the couch, in the bathroom, ect.
i KNOW those things are abnormal. can someone please tell me what might be wrong with me.?

Probably hormonal, and stress related chemical reactions, but could be bi polar disorder or OCD coming out...if it runs in your family. You can treat yourself holisticly, and get more faith at Church, and get direction by doing a job you love, and change your life.

I think that your metabolism is off. I'm guessing that you don't eat a lot of fresh vegetables, nuts, and fish and eggs.

Unfortunately, when anxiety takes over your life so you can't function properly, you need some help. Taking little supplements here and there really doesn't do much.
Usually, something in your brain isn't functioning properly, and you may need a combination and medication to help fix the problem.

you have anxiety . I also have it. I know you may feel like you are going crazy. But the world we live in is so fast pace we as humans get stressed out.About 20 million people suffer from anxiety and some people are ashamed to get help because they think it may make them look weak.what I think you should do is go to a therapy just to see what really bothering you and do some deep breathing exercizes it really work for me I used to have real bad anxiety I was afraid to live and died. God really kept me strong thru this battle I dont know what your beliefs are but jesus help me you need to believe in some thing bigger than yourself to work thru this.
