ok i don't feel right i feel depressed but i don't know why
i was emo for 2 years and quit this year because i got in a better environment
Now im getting depressed again and i really don't want to go down that road again so what can i do

Having a healthy active network of good friends is one way that we help maintain our abilty to be resilant.

Lastly I am sorry you don't feel you have an adult in your life you trust enough to share this problem with, you might want to reconsider and take a close look at the people in your life, see if there isn't one you can talk to about this. Life is hard enough without having to face it all alone.
