I throw a tantrum, cry a lot, turn the music up REALLY loud, phone my friends and family for sympathy and then take meself back to bed. Then get up later and get steaming drunk. I also come on here and make everyone else suffer too ;)
Tomorrow will be a better day, let's face it, it cant be any worse.

I had a day like that yesterday. I wont bother you with details but, yeah, if i could sum it up in one word,,,,, "hopeless".
I wanted to talk to my best friend so bad and just cry to her, but then she called and told me that her duplexes were falling under new management and most likely being sold individually, so her and her kids might not have a home come Jan. I couldnt release my problems on her, i just let her have that time, and suffered silently.

My husband makes me feel better. When he gets home and after the kids go to bed, he lets me just go on and on and on. He's not much of a talker, but such a good listener. The was he gets me to laugh about things that earlier had me contemplating whether I can handle life, is just beyond me!

Im so sorry you are having such a bad day. Im tearing up just thinking about someone having a day like that. Its really unfair sometimes, the pressures that can be put on one person.

also what helps me, (this is not a recommendation. but still), tonight, the kids are at their nanna's (first times I had a break in about 7mths!!) We are having a few friends over, and long story short, i think i just might get drunk!Health Question & Answer

If its really bad, I listen to music and cry. I don't know how healthy that is, but that's what I do, and that's what I'm doing now. I just have to get it out of my system. I also sometimes (on rare occasions) write in a notebook or pray to get some feelings out because I often feel like I have no one to talk to about tough things. Then when I feel a little better I might try to find someone to talk to, but never about my feelings just about things unrelated to keep my mind off of the bad things (which is probably not healthy either).

Honestly.. I usually do whatever it takes, sad music, thinking about it.. and then have a really great boo hoo... maybe hit a pillow a couple times... I live in the country.. so I can go outside and scream... then.. I suck it up.. and throw myself into something I love doing, that usually involves physical exertion, (a good hike, attacking the leaves, etc..), and wear myself down.. then crash.. and start tomorrow hoping for a better day! :)Health Question & Answer

That used to happen...doesn't anymore, thank God...i used to pray.. not for it to go away but for the grace & courage to deal with it well.
