some form or razor being snapped in half or some kind of cutting object being broken would be symbolic, saying i've stopped harming myself.

self harm is a serious problem. a very serious problem and you need to get help to overcome it. self harm is not only dangerous but is connected to deeper problems which you may not be able to overcome all by yourself and need help from someone close to overcome.

Honestly.? A tatto isn't the best way to remember losing an addiction, rather its a reminder of the addiction, and yes your willpower to get over it. Just my spiel.
