sometimes it happens sweety, crying is good thing if u feel better after that + dont be sad and talk to ur love 1 ur mom or friend anyone boyfriend if u have no one then talk to a counselor u,ll feel better to talk to someone abt ur problems and she can dicide weather u need medicine or not and dont let urself fall.
