Day hospital for BPD?!
Question: Day hospital for BPD.?
I have to go to day hospital to get help with my BPD and EDNOS. I live in Scotland... was just wondering if anyone has experience of this and could share what happens at it. ThanksHealth Question & Answer

I have BPD and a history of ED's. I have went to day hospital before after I came out of hospital. I am not sure if what happened in my local day hospital will be the same as yours as mines wasn't really aimed at treating conditions, it was more about getting people out of he house and socialising and stuff. Basically we did group activities, basic stuff and sometimes art etc. There was also classes for relaxation and then sometimes everyone would sit around and if you wanted to discuss things you could and maybe think of ways of helping with general topics like stress, anxiety etc.
