Question: I need help on ways to Improve my Memory (I'm too young for this!).?
Lately, I've noticed that it's been harder and harder to remember things (i'm only 19) and it's very annoying, as one could imagine. Does anyone out there have any tips on how to improve my memory.? Any supplements or mind exercises i could try out.?

its really not that odd. it happens. your just getting oldd ;D it happened to me too. i kept forgetting alot lol. just make sure you pay attention in school [if your still in a school or collage] and try doing excersises on a daily basis. i remember i started counting my footsteps everytime i went up or down stairs. if i was passing a couple of streets in a car i would try to memorize the street names in order. lol try little things like that. it also keeps you non stressed out and your mind off of things.Health Question & Answer

Mind should always be kept pure. We should think good and simple. Mind gets its energy from our solid and liquid intake of food and drinks. If the quality standard is not up to the mark, or if it is inferior or poor, it will reflect on mental functioning like memory. One can concentrate well if one takes natural, nutritious, balanced diet with fresh vegetables and fruits. One can take honey twice a day. Exercise and and a healthy diet with miracle supplement "Omega-3" are supposed to be a cure all. I like Sudoku personally. However if it seems to be getting progressively worse I would see a doctor. They have this game out, I can't remember what it's called but it's like a Brain Game. My niece said that they sell it at Target. You could probably google it to find it. There's also this supplement called Ginkgo Biloba that's suppose to help with your memory. I hope this helped!Health Question & Answer

I believe ginko biloba (spelling maybe off a bit) is about the only thing out there. You may want to talk with a doctor though deteriorating memory could be signs of a serious problem (not trying to worry just looking out) unless you are smoking herb.. that will cause it too:)Health Question & Answer

I use the system of word association. If you associate a key word that you are familiar with in regard to what you trying to recall it seems to work for me. If say your trying to remember monday, think of blue; hence blue monday.Health Question & Answer
