How do I get through my hard times?!


Question: How do I get through my hard times.?
Everything in my life seems messed up. Everything I look forward to turns out bad or doesn't happen at all. I feel like I am screwing up everything. I'm making my parents feel bad, I'm making myself feel bad and my friend isn't to happy cause I've been way to stressed to spend time with her lately. Oh and the teachers are piling on the homework like hardcore. I don't even see a reason for living if I don't have anything to get up for in the morning. I have nothing to look forward to because everything I do get excited for, gets messed up and I end up getting heartbroken. What can i do to get through this.? everything is sooo hard right now. I've been crying every day for the past 4 days.

And don't say "oh you'll be fine, get over it, see a doctor(we can't afford it, out of the question.) things will get better etc.." it doesn't help. I need personal stories and words of encouragement to remember when I wake up in the morning.Health Question & Answer

Fine, if you want a answer right to the point i'll give you one on a REALITY point of view. First of all, change your thinking, thinking negative only creates more negative thoughts that's what I learned fighting my depression, Secondly, School is hard, but if you focus and do what needs to be done, you shall achieve " you get out what you put in" Thirdly there is help out there that is for people who are low in the wallet seek help if it is that severe, Fourth thing,You sound like you have a little depression, KEEP BUSY!! it will get rid of the anxiety!
Finally stop everything your doing and get ahold of your situation at hand, take things one at a time. also, WERE HUMAN!! we all screw up so don't feel as if your the onlu one

Stress can overload our systems, emotions, even our health. It really helped me - when in an impossible situation - to do my best to take even 10 minutes for myself. That 10 minutes I might watch the sunset, walk around the block getting some fresh air while looking and listening to things outside of myself. I might try to sit down and read in the Psalms of the Bible - reading of the problems and heartache of someone long ago who learned to trust God to get him through the tough stuff. I might sit with a notebook and pour out my heart onto paper, praying too. I might call a friend and just ask her to listen, or maybe ask her for one positive thought to get me through that day. I might read the comics and lighten my expression, giving my mind something funny to think about. I might sit and watch I Love Lucy for the humor. I might hold a baby or pet an animal.

There was a whole year where I was so depressed - I couldn't smile or laugh. I lost my kids due to depression. I was diagnosed with chronic pain and anxiety. All day long my thoughts were about death and escaping this hellish nightmare. I asked for help. God and others. I realized I cannot handle everything on my own. I got help with the right medication and the help of people in my life who love and care for me. Promise me that today you will do one thing for yourself that is a positive step in self care. It might help to talk to someone else who has come through it. I had a terrible divorce and thought my heart would never heal.
