Talk to the doctor who prescribed the seroquel. This may be a temporary side effect that will go away in time, or maybe this is not the right medication for you. Sometimes different meds must be tried to find the right one.

Don't just stop taking it cold, this can be dangerous. Please talk to your doctor, there must be a reason they chose to have you take the Seroquel, and you may need to address that with talk therapy on top of medication, and as I said, maybe a different medication should be tried.Health Question & Answer

hi im on solian and know how you feel. ive receantly been reading this book called 'optimum nuitrition for the mind' its all abot nuitrion and treating mental health problems nuitrionally. if you google patrick holford or the brain bio centre youll find out more. ive found a practioner here in ireland. ive only just started going to him, but he's a GP studied psychiatry for 4 years so he knows what he's talking about. he said that with correct nutrional supplements i should be able to greatly reduce my meds and therefore lessen the sideeffects. he was telling about all the success stories he's had. im very excited about it allHealth Question & Answer

Ugh, I was prescribed that one for a while.

Okay, you need to take it as prescribed; and "supposedly" (it didnt happen in my case) you adjust.

If that doesnt work; talk to your therapist; tell him that you're depressed and that making you comatose isnt going to solve your problems.

If he refuses to take you off; you can always threaten to sell them. He'll have no choice.

It's bad advice, but hey, it works.Health Question & Answer

Speak to your doctor about a possible dosage adjustment.

also, drink more water. This will dilute the drug, thus slightly lessening its effects.Health Question & Answer
