Question: Have i upset my stomach again or .?
Exactly a week ago i either had a stomach virus or food poisoning, it lasted 24 hours then slowly got better.
I still had the diarrhea lightly untill day before yesterday, when i felt back to normal yesterday, so i got daring and had a chinese takeaway dish with chicken, and a mcdonalds snak wrap earlier in the day.
Has this stirred up my stomach again, as now i have light diarrhea again this morning.?Health Question & Answer

Your very sick stomach, when just felt better, needed some rest to recover completely and return to normal functions. So, during this period, you eat 'light to digest' foods. On the other hand, when you start feeling better, your hunger returns, so it is little difficult period. You may have to eat more often, but still light items like soup, crackers, toast etc. Then add light sandwiches and move slowly back to normal foods.
Repeat the same treatment you had last week. Hopefully you would not have to go thro' it again.Health Question & Answer
