Question: Can I accidently choke myself.?
If I wear a scarf to sleep.? My throat hurts really bad and my scarf keeps it really nice and warm and it just feels better. I want to sleep with it on but I am afraid I can choke myself by accident.? Is it safe to wear.? I want to wake up tomm!Health Question & Answer

I wouldn't risk it...a kid died not that long ago, he fell asleep with his ipod earphones in and he was strangled. Try some Nyquil it soothes sore throats, or even chloroseptic it will numb it! Good luck!Health Question & Answer
well, I believe you could kinda choke yourself if you do wear it.
I wouldnt recommend you to sleep with it because yes you might not choke but you'll have trouble breathing. Trust me, i slept once with a Tie on and I had problems breathing all night long. I went to bed at like 9 PM and couldnt take it anymore on about 3 AM. So I took it off.
