Question: How to stop biting my hails.?
Help...my nails look HORRIBLE! I'm even a girl! My mom can't let me buy artificial nails, and I still bite them with nail polish on. I don't even notice myself sometimes! Can anybody help.?Health Question & Answer

Put nail polish on, and so when you bite them, at least you're aware (:
I used to have the same problem, so I put some nail polish on and whenever I bit I would always realise cos I was biting the nail polish! (:

Try soaking your fingertips in vinegar/nail polish remover. Unless you like the taste of vinegar, that should be pretty helpful.Health Question & Answer
