For Some Reason I Occasionally Have A Lot Of Gas Even When I Don't Eat Much And When I Go To School I'm Afraid To Let It Go Because There Is Always A Cute Girl Sitting Or Walking Near Me...What Can I Do Other Then Holding It In From 7:10 a.m. To 3:20 p.m.Health Question & Answer
Answers:
Try not to eat anything that will make you gassy at breakfast (i.e. eggs, fatty meats, lots of butter on your toast, bran, etc), but do eat breakfast. if you don't have anything in your system, you will get gassy off of the fumes from whatever was left from the night before. Eat something during the day (stay away from fatty and brany whole-wheat foods). Drink juices and water (no caffine or sodas) and you should be good to go. also don't chew gum, it will get your stomach going.
