No more than two 500Mg tabs every 4-6 hrs not to exceed 8 a day per my doctor. Too much can damage or destroy your liver. This stuff is not to be abused or it can kill you slowly but surely. I have a severe form of arthritis so I am very aware of this and what it can cause.Health Question & Answer
Fyi acetaminophen is Tylenol, not that I'm attempting to minimize it's potency. The above answer is correct. Typically 4000 mg is overdoing it, depending on height and body weight.Health Question & Answer
