Question: Can any of you other nurses identify with this.?
Sometimes I find that I worry about the slightest symptom I may have could be cancer. I've had this fear since starting nursing. Nursing just seems to make you so aware of what happens around you and your own mortality and that of your loved ones.

yes quite often and i think its quite common. every bad headache i have i'm convinced is a bleed, every ache in my leg is a dvt and every pain in my chest must be cardiac pain or a pe nothing to do with the extra large pizza i've just eaten lol
