I got sick over night and here is what i have : an itchy throat a sore nose i feel kinda weak and i got a temp of 99.
i need to go to school tomorrow because i need to get caught up on work.
What is the fastest way for me to get better.

Answers:
Sleep as much as you can. If this really isn't an option
then drink alot of water so your body and flush out the virulent.
If you feel weak eat some toast or a light snack to get your energy up.
The cure for any sickness is rest though. As for your sore throat

gargle with mouth wash and use nose drops to moisten your nasal passages. Drink lots was water to help your immune system flush out what ever it is. Sit in a really warm room to so that you can sweat and get a good nights rest. Tomorrow take some medicine and go to schoolHealth Question & Answer
