Vital signs are unstable and not within normal limits. Patient may be unconscious. Indicators are unfavorable.I will definitely keep her in my prayers. Sometimes people turn out just fine after being listed as critical, keep faith she will turn around to the better soon. sounds like she has youth on her side.Health Question & Answer

Critical condition means that she could die or she could not die, but that the chances of her dying will mean that they have to take care of her to make sure she doesn't die! So basically she needs a lot of care or else she could die. Depending on the problem, she could have brain damage or she could have none! She could have a pneumothorax (collapsed lung) or she could have a hematoma (blood in the brain)... So the only way to know for sure is to find out from the hospital and what not. Full recovery may or may not be possible. Good luck to her!Health Question & Answer
