When is the better time to take a shower day or night?!

I think night because then you don't get into your bed dirty. I usually just get in the shower to wake me up in the morning. no soap or anything just hot water. Then at night I get clean.Health Question & Answer

It depends on what you prefer.I like taking a shower at night because I sleep better but I also like taking a shower in the morning because it wakes me up and makes me feel refreshed and ready for the day.If I have been working in the yard I like to take a shower in the late afternoon when I am through.You just have to pick the time that you like best.Health Question & Answer

personally i like em at nights. i know ppl that take them in the morning to wake them up. also if you do take them at night be careful because you can get sick if it's chilly. but then if you take it n the day then through out the day your jus going to get dirty so before the day really ends clean up and when you wake up you'll feel refreshed :)Health Question & Answer

I think it just depends on what you are doing that day. If you have to get up early in the morning, then take one at night. You do not really sweat at night so it should be fine, you can sleep later too. If you do not have to get up early, then just take one whenever you feel like it. :)Health Question & Answer

It depends.
Sometimes in themorning taking showers can make your face very dry depending on weather.
Or if you take it at night, it may wake you up more.

I prefer in the morning, because the shower fixxes my hair mostly.
