yeah I have that same problem I never want to get up and get in the shower mostly because its cold. If thats the case try:

-going to sleep in something warm and then youll wake up warm and you can get up easier.

- and setting your alarm clock or I use my cell phone alarm really early

-I have to wake up at 6 45 so I set it at 6 00 and hit the snooze button like three times. this way it gradually wakes you up.

tip: dont have an annoying alarm noise it just makes you want to unplug the alarm clock or turn your cell phone off which wont do any good.

This is the HARSH way that I've been using it for a long time:
Set 3 alarm clocks and put them in 3 different locations: bedside table, your desk and in the bookshelf.
You probably will turn off the alarm clock that close to you and then go back to sleep. But in order to turn off the second one, you will have to get out of bed. When the third one goes on, you have to walk further to turn it off. By the time you finish all these, you may don't want to sleep anymore.Health Question & Answer

I usually have two or three alarms about a half hour apart, for all intensive purposes it's just a really big snooze button, but it works wonders.

also, try putting your alarm across the room so you physically have to get out of bed to turn it off!Health Question & Answer
