How to stay healthy while sibling is sick?!

Question: How to stay healthy while sibling is sick.?
My brother is sick with a cold (runny nose, sore throat, cough, the usual) and I'm getting worried that I'm going to get sick. I'm about to start a play and I need to stay healthy. How can I keep from getting sick (some immune system boosters, that kind of stuff).? thanks in advance for answers :)Health Question & Answer

Best thing to do is keep your immune system up and running full force! This means drinking juices, eating healthy foods and exercising if that is something you want to consider doing or have time for. But the juices and healthy foods is a must! And stay away from him as best as you can! Wash your hands after everything you touch that could be contaminated by him.Health Question & Answer

Well, it is never easy not getting your brother's cold especially because you guys live in the same house which means you are breathing the same air. The best thing that you can do is try to stay away from him as much as possible unless he asks you to get him a glass of water or something because like most siblings, they want nothing more than to have their brother or sister to help them feel better. But if he does ask you to get him anything, be sure to wash your hands before and after you are near him. But like I said the easiest way for you to prevent from getting his cold is by staying away from him as much as possible because he needs his rest:) Hope I helped and I hope your brother feels better soon!!Health Question & Answer

wash you hand all the time after you touch anything of his belonging or even him. Take a precaution cold pills. Try not to be around him all the time only when it is necessary, after that wash ur hand.Health Question & Answer
