Question: Does this sound like fecal impaction or diarrhea..ANYONE THAT KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT THE SUBJECT PLEASE HELP!.?
****I KNOW THIS IS LONG , BUT PLEASE READ****

Okay so for maybe around two (2) months i have had problems going to the bathroom, have to strain more, only small amounts etc.

Over the last week and a bit, almost two weeks, i have had runny diarrhea but then for maybe 1-3 days i have to hard to pass stools again. ( Which is starting to hurt my stomach muscles due to strain.)

Around 4 days ago, after the diarrhea i had that day passed, i had a "normal" bowel movement.(Large and well formed)

I dont exercise much, im young (17) and feel heathly otherwise so i spend more time here on the computer. I probably dont even drink a glass of water a day, always say i will but go back to fizzy drinks.
^^^ i heard that can cause constipation.

What do you think, please help.? Just want to feel normal again.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
It just sounds like you are irregular. You shouldn't have to "force a deuce." I suggest incorporating more fiber into your diet - wheat crackers, wheat bread, whole grain cereal (lots of kid cereals are whole grain), black beans, green veggies, etc.. You could also take the easy road and eat chewable fiber tablets - the only thing I suggest is to maintain consistent diet for a few weeks to regulate your digestive tract. Yeah - drinking alot of soda can give you this condition too - especially if it is caffeinated - caffeine is a diuretic.

Caffeine will put you into a constant cycle of dehydration. Try tweaking the amount of other liquids you drink - a little change might be worth the lack of discomfort trying to go to the bathroom.Health Question & Answer

You probably have chronic constipation. The diarrhea is the fluid backup
behind the hard stool which escapes.
You need to eat more green vegetables and bran flakes. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.Health Question & Answer
