Self-conscious about lifting my arms up.?!

Question: Self-conscious about lifting my arms up..?
Hello I'm 15 year old girl for those who didn't know that. This sweating under the armpit thing is really annoying for me. Any shirt I wear there is a huge sweat mark and it's really embarrassing specially if I'm sitting in class. Even if I'm just sitting and doing absolutely nothing I sweat! I tried secret clinical strength for a couple of weeks and it isn't working. I've been told to try an Antiperspirant which does not work. Even when I'm freezing cold my armpits still sweat! I'm not sure if I should got to my doctor for help. Anyone else have this problem.?Health Question & Answer

I do not, personally, but many of my friends do. They also use the prescription stuff and it does not work. But if you can not find any means that work, you could get botox injections in your underarms. I know that this has a very high success rate in reducing the amount and severity of perspiration. Chances are if the clinical strength does not even make a dent, you will have to go to more extreme measures. And getting botox in the arms isn't as painful as it seems and it yields wonderful results so if you are desperate, then I say go for it...Health Question & Answer

armpit sweat. well keep trying different anti pherspriant till you find the right one. its a bit of a touchy subject being you are 15 but, some guys shave their arm pits sometimes to stop the sweating. otherwise a doctor visit is in order.Health Question & Answer

There are a lot of reasons why certain people sweat. Your best bet would be to take to your doctor and take the necessary tests to see why you sweat so much.

Good Luck!Health Question & Answer
