Stomach bug, what foods are good to eat?!
Question: Stomach bug, what foods are good to eat.?
Well I'm recovering from a stomach bug and I am starting to feel hungry. The only thing I have eaten since yesterday morning is a clementine and I feel pretty weak and dizzy. Even that little amount of food hurt my stomach though.
So what can I eat that will make me not feel hungry, but also not sick. :/Health Question & Answer

Any kind of soup is always good. It would be best to have soup with noodles (so it's easier on your stomach) and drink lots of broth. Ginger Ale is always good and so is Gatorade.Health Question & Answer
well, I would advise drinking slow small sips of water and/or ginger ale. Good foods would be toast(you coud even put some peanut butter on it for some protein and taste) or like some saltines. If you have thrown up at all, make sure it has been several hours (like 5 and up) before you eat something, so you won't throw up again.Health Question & Answer
