Does calcium really give you strong bones?!

Question: Does calcium really give you strong bones.?
Answers:
There are plenty of sources of calcium but not all are absorbed by the human body. It is best to get calcium mixed with magnesium which helps absorption. I suggest you eat a lot of green leafy veggies...they are the best source, NOT MILK!Health Question & Answer
