Can steroids make you depressed?!


Question: Can steroids make you depressed.?
I recently had bronchitis and the doctor prescribed a 6 day treatment of corticosteroids. I took the last pill tuesday morning and the last two days I have felt VERY tired and VERY emotional. Is it possible that the steroids caused a mild depression.?Health Question & Answer
