I generally feel a lot less stuffy after inhaling some warm steam. The best way would be to take a long hot shower, but making a hot cup of tea and just breathing over it also helps. Feel better!Health Question & Answer

What i do is get a glass of warm salt water and a wash cloth dip the wash cloth in the warm salt water. Squeeze out a little and hold to your nose and breath in.This always helps me.Health Question & Answer
