Nervousness equals frequent urination?!
Question: Nervousness equals frequent urination.?
Ive always had this problem of when im in crowded places like stadiums or the movies, or like if im really nervous about something up coming i get the strongest urge to urinate over and over again like within 30 minutes time. Every time i urine the quantity is a normal amount, like i piss so much i didnt even think this much fluid could be in your body lol. When im in normal, comfortable settings im perfectly fine. So how can i stop having to urinate so much when in public or when nervous.? Thanks for all help!!Health Question & Answer

Your body can still release urine even if you have not taken in anything due to the fluids in your body that still is absorbed and passed through the kidneys.
My suggestion would be when you know you are going to an event or a place that would trigger this problem, stop drinking any liquids 2-3 hours prior. That way you have time to get the current fluid you have taken in to come out.Health Question & Answer
