I live in california so that's not a problem. the real problem is i cracked my skull when i was 14 and ever since i have been getting headaches and throbbing pains...is this a good enough reason for a license.?

The only legal reason for pot is having cancer,and in some cases HIV.And if your looking for a script forget that too.Those people usually get a pill made with THC,the part of the plant you get high from,you see it's not for pain but for the nausea associated with these diseases.You really need to find out if you didn't do more than just crack your head to cause headaches for all this time.Needs like you need a neurologist to look for the real problem.Health Question & Answer
Yes, if you see the right doctor you will be. However, First lemme tell you some of the down sides to having a medical marijuana card.
My x roommate got his card for chronic back pains(completely fabricated) THE DOCTOR then added symptoms saying he had eye problems and some rare early onset disease(completely falsified). My friend went in only with back pains.
You're 17 and you think it would be cool to have a marijuana card. Well its not. Medical records are confidential my ***!!! Tons of people can access your medical records. Mabey in the future you will want to run for public office, join the military, have a very visible or high profile job. The only people who believe that marijuana is medically healthy are pot heads. Yes, there may be "medical effects." But lets be realistic how many people with marijuana cards got it for a medical reason. Your phrasing is enough to tell that you are a complete idiot "is this a good enough reason" you're not sick.
Did you know that ADD and ADHD prescriptions will disqualify you for the military. Imagine what a medical marijuana card would do.
also, if you think that a card makes marijuana legal you are an idiot. MANY MANY MANY people with cards get arrested and go to jail. Is it pain that can be treated through medication.? If it is I would say no. I believe that it's used more for cancer patients. But I don't live in CA either...Health Question & Answer
