Just this morning I woke up and I didn't feel too good. All of my joints were stiff, I was freezing cold, and my head feels like it's shrinking and squeezing my brain with alot of pressure. It has been getting worse all day. I keep my house at 78 degrees. What do I have.?Health Question & Answer

You have the flu, get you some nyquil and start taking it immediately and it might stop it from getting worse, drinks LOTS of fluids, stay in bed, make sure you stay covered up, if you stay warm enough you will sweat of the fever before it comes on.
