if you need to fall asleep fast, splash warm water on your face, open your eyes, and let it drip down.... try not to blink for as long as you can....

do not dry your face.... then sit in front of a fan and blow it directly on your face.... it will dry your eyes out in less than 5 minutes and you'll immediately start to feel tired....

if you're trying to stay awake and have to drive, the best thing to do is freeze yourself... heat with put you to sleep... that's a human's natural instinct to nest... keep your windows open.. don't blast your AC because the air in your face is similar to having a fan in your face, which i just said should be used to GO to sleep, not stay awake...

energy drinks are a big help... i think red bulls are over-rated... you can buy a monster energy drink... you get 16 oz compared to 8 oz for almost half the price... so you can get 2 monsters for the same price as 1... and you'll be getting more than 3 times more of the energy... they also take longer to consume and half of trying to stay awake is keeping your mind entertained...

you can also go to 7-11 and buy no-dos for the car trip... half hour trip and only one or 2 should do it... you don't want to take chances on the road...Health Question & Answer

first of all, sugar is really really bad for your health...even one gram of it...it is the mother of all degenerative diseases and accelerates the aging process. so forever refrain using from those energy drinks...then, i would suggest you exercise and then take a shower and then just lay down and start reading a book. force yourself to read it as long as you can, so that you feel sleepier. the more sleepier you are when you start sleeping, the better and deeper and more efficient will be your sleep...I am not a doctor so talking to a doctor is the best, but I had read this info about sugar in a book...and the advice about sleep is from my own experience....Health Question & Answer

Honestly, I would ditch all that caffeine. If you overuse it, like any substance, you will develop a tolerance for it and need more and more of it to work. My suggestion is to lay off the caffeine, and use it like an aspirin, only when you "really" need to stay awake.

If you need help sleeping more, I have tried putting on TV in the background while I sleep, and they really helps me stay asleep by eliminating background noises. It also helps me feel less alone.Health Question & Answer

A shot of red bull every 2hrs should do it.
You can only produce so much whatever its called that fights fatigue at once. If you over do it on the caffeine you'll only end up drawn out and zombified. Not a good way to be.Health Question & Answer

Get a Red Bull and a Rockstar, and drink them both. There is no possible way you could sleep for like 4 hours, if you need to stay awake longer, then just repeat every 4 hours!Health Question & Answer
