Do I have the flu? My symptoms....?!

Question: Do I have the flu.? My symptoms.....?
...I got a drip a few days ago, so now my throat is very sore. My temperature is about 99.5 (but my thermometor broke before it could make up its mind, it was really old), and I am achey and sore all over, so much that I almost wanted to cry (which takes a lot to do, the last time I cried in pain was when I broke my leg, 6 years ago)....mmmyep, that's all of 'em for now. Please tell me if I do or don't, I have exams this week **makes pitiful puppy face**Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Yes, sounds like you have one of many different Stan's of the flu going around.
Take many hot bath's and soak your body to help with the aches. And take advil for it as well.
Make sure that you drink lots of water, power-aide, soups, just lots of liquids in general. As for your sore throat, drink tea with honey in it. It helps to sooth it as well. Try and keep yourself really warm and try and sweat out the flu.
Hope this helps, and hope you feel better soon.Health Question & Answer
