I heard somewhere that you can get them surgically removed.
Is this actually possible.?
And isn't sweating your bodys way to cool down.? If you didn't sweat wouldn't you be hotter.?

Like the previous poster wrote, it would be very hard to stay alive. Not just because of heat though, but because sweating is one of the body's ways of removing toxins. Salt, urea, and other wastes leave your body through sweat as well as urine so as a result you may become poisoned.Health Question & Answer
yes you can have them removed or go talk to a surgeon and they can reduce the number of sweat glands in that particular area, yes it is your body's way of cooling down...it wont hurt you unless you have them all removed, don't listen to ignorant people like the one below.Health Question & Answer
