i took my daughter to the out of hours doctors last night she had a temp of 40.8C and vomiting
he said she has tonsitius and prescribed antibiotics.
im off to the pharmacy shortly pick them up. she is still vomiting but her temp is down. would tonsilitus cause vomiting.?

yes it would when i was little i was hospitalised with bacterial tonsilitus and i had a very high temprature. i was in hospital for a week and the tonsilitus turned to menanjitus sorry im not trying to scare you but keep her off school for at least a week. i was only 5 at the time and my mother thaught she was gonna lose me so look after your daughter

i had bad tonsilitius once (that eventually spread to my ears) i was on ALOT of anitibiotics and was vomiting i stayed home for about a week then went back to the doctors and he said that i could go back to school so i suggest doing this but if she gets better through the week and feels well enough to go back then mabey you she try her back for a day and see how she feels after that.
