My body wants to go toilet twice in the morning...how can i stop this?!

Question: My body wants to go toilet twice in the morning...how can i stop this.?
I go to toilet every morning..but EVERY DAY i need to go twice. First time for the bulk about half an hour after i wake up and then about 40 minutes later to clear everything else out. Problem is that 40 minute gap really messes me up and im always late leaving the house. But since travelling takes me ~90 minutes i cant hold it until i get to work because for some reason the second one makes me feel slightly nauseous and my body keeps telling me "u need to get rid of this last bit asap!".

Im wondering if theres any way to clear my system the first time i go toilet and not have to wait to go twice. I'd rather not take laxatives as this is an ongoing problem..

I eat healthily (lots of fruit and veg), drink more than 2litres of water a day, dont eat chocolate or sweets, dont eat fried food... i mean i SHOULD be the picture of perfect health.Health Question & Answer

Do you eat right before you go to bed.?Health Question & Answer

First, there's no need to push the water. The eight glasses a day is something someone threw out there and has been repeated ever since. All it does is make you pee more. But it doesn't contribute to your problem. Second, it sounds like you're eating a lot of roughage and not the "bad" things like fat and cheese. That could be the problem. Sounds like you could use something mildly constipating. An old beer drinker's trick is to eat cheese to block things up. Adding a bit of cheese to your diet might help. Another is coconut. Those with irritable bowel syndrome have reported wonderful relief by eating a couple of coconut macaroons or some shredded coconut daily. Calcium tablets are also constipating, but it has to be only calcium carbonate with no aluminum or magnesium salts. Read the label. Antacid tablets have calcium carbonate but also often have aluminum or magnesium salts which are added to counteract the constipating effect of the calcium, since aluminum and magnesium act as laxatives.

The colon extracts excess water from the feces. Until then, it's fairly liquid. What could be happening is that after your first movement, the colon quickly fills with water-laden roughage faster than the colon can remove the water. That would explain the second movement. You need to slow things down a bit.Health Question & Answer
