Bad smelling feet! help please?!

Smelly feet "run in our family. LOL The best thing to do is keep your feet dry whenever possible. Clean, white dry socks are best. The dyes in colors can cause more oder. Dr. Scholls puts out many sprays and powders to put on your feet to keep dry and less smelly but we found any medicated powder works well. Avon has a good one too. but we get Gold Bond at the dollar store.(its cheaper) if you can alternate 2 pairs of shoes every other day so you can wash or at least air them out. Wash and dry feet when ever you can, preferably twice a day.
My husband brings an extra pair of socks to work. Sometimes he gets into wet things. My brother carries an extra just to have to change.

Make sure to wash your feet and socks well. Spray/wash your shoes also.
If it is extremely bad check with a doctor to see if you have athlete's foot, which could also explain your problem.Health Question & Answer
