Question: I just had a stomach virus and i have no energy, what are some good energy foods that wont make me sick.?
Answers:
Rest above all, and let the body heal itself and let 'it' determine what foods are suitable. The body has its own native wisdom and if given the chance will heal itself. Do stay away from junk foods, fatty foods, overly seasoned foods. And take in compatible fruit juices and fresh 'green' vegetables -- no heavy red meats for sure but rather a little fish here, a little of chicken there. And, above all, take in fresh water...nature's greatest cleanser, balancer, neutralizer, and electrifier.

Usually these stomach conditions occur because you have somehow compromised your immune system -- you have not sufficiently allowed the colon and overall digestive system as well the nervous system to cleanse and ground themselves. In the case of the colon, if this is not allowed sufficient pause and rest, then retrograde material accumulates in the colon, and both viruses and the bacteria (which are normally correctly electrically charged) do take on pathological qualities (which are otherwise normally beneficial) and these begin having a "field day" down there in the colon.

To fight these, the body focuses 'tremendous' energy to wipe out the assault. This causes great fatigue and malaise, because the body is now investing so much energy into healing itself.

Now, the body's tides and surges are not unlike an electrical current flowing through a network of wires en route to its consuming device. If these varied body systems become frayed or interrupted, then both the nervous system (which is highly electrical) and in turn the digestive system cannot fend off the "foreign invaders," which two systems naturally and normally have great defenses against.

Further to this, you very likely have not kept of balance of inflows and outflows of ...'energy' ...-- which is to say, you have not afforded yourself the balance of rest and activity; of work and leisure. The body demands balances: no said "energy" food can really replace what only you, by your intentions, can provide.

And so, it is not what you eat at this point as much as what you do not allow into you -- that is, not let in to your emotional, mental, physical, and causal constitutions.

You should rest for the while now. That's all.Health Question & Answer

Light foods that are easy to digest.

Peanut butter and jelly, yoghurt (helps replenish lost bacteria as well), and basically anything that is light. If you don't think you can stomache it, then go with your instinct.

Meats are difficult for the body to digest, so Don't eat too many (or eat them shredded)
