If my guy gets cold sores all the time, and really bad ones, I assume I would get them too, but I never ever do. I've never had one in my life. Am I immune to them.?Health Question & Answer

It is possible to carry the herpes simplex I virus and never show symptoms - however symptoms can appear even years after initially getting infected.
It is also possible to continue to spread the virus even if you show no symptoms.
