What does stress cause?!
Question: What does stress cause.?
I've been getting headaches almost every day, it comes and it goes, then Ive been having cramps like im going to start my period and i haven't started. also been getting lower back pains, pains on my collarbone on the right side and also sometimes get queasy at times also 2 and a half weeks ago i got a period but it wasnt a period it was more of implantation bleeding and lately ive been going to the restroom alot. does stress cause this or can it be something else.?Health Question & Answer
Answers:
You might be having an irregular period or you might have A LOT of stress in your system. Do me a favor and please try these techniques.
1- Deep Breathing. Breath deep through your nose and let out all the air through your mouth.
2-Visual imagery. Imagine all the bad feelings coming out of you as you deep breath.
3-Muscle relaxation. Tense all your muscles and then gently let them loose to feel entirely relaxed.
4- Self Talk. Tell yourself that all the stress will be over soon and that this is only temporary.
All this can work, it may not work the first or second time you try it but it CAN help you with stress. Trust this exsersise , it came from my therapist. I've delt with this before.Health Question & Answer
