First off, you should definitely see a doctor. Lots of things could cause such fatigue- dehydration or malnutrition will give you both migraines and fatigue. Make sure you're getting plenty of liquids, and eating the proper amount for your height and weight. If it's not dehydration or malnutrition, Mononucleosis can make you quite tired- although if you only have headaches as an accompanying symptom, Mono is unlikely (usually accompanied by swollen lymph nodes, a sore throat, and a fever). also, pregnancy can cause both fatigue and headaches. There are many more answers for a headache and fatigue, but dehydration or malnutrition are definitely your best bets.Health Question & Answer

If you're constantly sleeping (and I mean constantly), you might have Klein-Levin Syndrome. Nobody knows what causes it or how to stop it. It's just something you have to live with for the rest of your life. But I doubt you have it, it's extremely rare. But I wouldn't rule it out. Go see your doctor. It could also be because you're depressed (yes, there are physical connections between your mentality and your bodily functions).Health Question & Answer
You could be pregnant or dehydrated. During the cold winter months we become more dehydrated and two symptoms of that are tiredness and headaches. Try drinking more water and see if that works.Health Question & Answer
you may be anemic (low iron in the blood)

if you are they'll just prescribe iron supplements.Health Question & Answer

You could have mono. Fairly common if you are a student which it seems you are. When I look back on when I had mono, I would be tired all the time and sleep early before I really felt the symptoms.Health Question & Answer
