Can exercising before bed be a cause of insomnia?!


Question: Can exercising before bed be a cause of insomnia.?
I've been having trouble sleeping the past few nights, I have also been exercising. I usually do like 200 crunches, but I didn't really attribute it to my insomnia... could this be the reason.?Health Question & Answer


Answers:
Yes it can, your best bet is exercise before breakfast in the morning.
I run and believe me it is not nice to run with breakfast. :)
