Question: How come every time I eat peanuts, a few hours later I have severe pains in my stomach.?

Answers:
Peanuts are known to be difficult to digest for everyone. After all, they are legumes like beans and lentils. Could it be that you're eating too many.?

If not, it sounds like you might have a food hypersensitivity. For some reason, peanuts (particularly roasted ones) can stop one of the major digestive enzymes from doing it's job. If you have even a slight deficiency in that enzyme, your body is going to have an even more difficult time than most people with digestion, similar to lactose intolerance and milk.

I would recommend simply cutting them out of your diet or at least cutting back on the number you eat.Health Question & Answer
