Question about a physical therapist?!
Question: Question about a physical therapist.?
Do physical therapist or their assistants deal with shots, IVs, taking blood...putting a needle in someone is what I don't think I could do. I want to work in the medical field and help people. I just couldn't be the one putting needles in so that why I'm not becoming a nurse lolHealth Question & Answer

how come you didn't just google "physical therapist" to find out exactly what it is that they do.?

you could also be an occupational therapist. they help people a little bit more than physical therpists. here are three links, the first two is what you should have done before asking yahoo...:

I've dealt with many PT's, due to different problems and none of them have every dispensed meds with needles. The most I've seen is one administered a med to an electrical impulse pad that went on my back. The meds have to be prescribed by a md.Health Question & Answer
