Question: Help with sleep .....!!!!!.?
I have sleeping problems, most nights i CANT get to sleep for ages, i suddenly feel really energetic and it takes ages for me to sleep and i have to get up at 7.30 so i need all the sleep i can get. And its probably because i dnt get alot of exercise during the day but its nt my fault, im so busy with school nd homework ... etc .. Does anyone know anything that can help me sleep.?.? (i know the warm milk, dont have caffeine before bed ...etc..) Anything Else.?.? And is there anything i can have during the day that will help me not feel so Tired.?.?.?.?.? Caffeine takes about 4 -6 hrs to leave your system. I would say exercise daily, I cant sleep with out doing yoga. I like namaste yoga the best.

There is an supplement called Melatonin, you can get this at any drug store. Melatonin is what your brain makes to make you sleep. Its the best thing you can buy to help you sleep.
