Help with sleeping pills?!

Question: Help with sleeping pills.?

I will be taking a 4 hour plane ride in July, but I have a horrible fear of flying. I don't want to take sleeping pills because they require 8 hours to ware off. Is there anything I could take to help my nerves, but not exhaust me for the rest of the day.?Health Question & Answer

You worry too much.. gawsh. Its not like you're flying out to meet your girlfriend and her family after online dating for 7 months and the only way to get there is to fly on a plane for the first time since you were 5. And you're alone in Logan Airport which is big and confusing. And you are thinking of what you're gonna say when you meet this girl in person for the first time.
