Question: I have a sore throat, and i raspy voice....?

are there any home remedies that can possibly help me out.
I once heard lime, and honey helps, does anyone know how that works...or what else works.?

Answers:

Take a OTC pain reliever. Honey helps because it coats your throat. Warm salt water is supposed to help also.It kinda numbs your throat. If your sinus are draining that may cause you sore throat. If that is the case get something to stop the sinus drainage. If it continues for several days or you get a high fever I would see a doctor.Health Question & Answer

What I do is I pick some mint leaves in my garden, wash them thoroughly, then soak them in hot water.
