Its pretty healthy. They whey protien is the most fattening thing. But if your trying to build muscle its good.
Do you need that 1tbsp of sugar.? The fruits are already high in sugar and the whey probably has sugar in it too. I would try it with out the extra tbsp of sugar just cause I think its too much sugar and thats not healthy.

Well if you put all those things in it your fine, but remember fruits do have natural sugar.Health Question & Answer
