That depends on what test you are taking. For instance, one can abstain for three days to two weeks before submitting to a urine drug tests and you'll be walking out scot-free!
However, if your potential employer subscribes to hair drug testing, you may be in trouble as detection rate can go up to three months or 90 days. That is one of the major reasons why more employers are turning to hair drug tests!
If you are trying to flush yourself out, don't bother.. With hair test, that won't help! So before you open cranberry cans and get yourself water-loaded, you may wish to consult these links to check things that wouldn't help you:

Drink a **** load of water....and I mean a **** load of water. Facts that I have discovered from my friends and what they have told me. That crap you can buy doesn't really do anything and is a waste of money. Most of it is sweating and pissing out the thc. So drink lots of water, and exercise your butt off. I also heard that drinking vinegar.? I think it was vinegar will help too. It also depends upon your weight, the more fatty cells you have the longer the thc stays in your blood stream.Health Question & Answer
