What methods can you take when you cant sleep?!

You sleep with someone else that is also a bit cold ;)

I sleep with two pretty big blankets so that's how I keep warm at times.

If I am chilly I use an electric blanket. If I am sick I take dayquil and drink alot of water. I don't recommend nyquil, for one it tastes really bad, and it knocks you out, but it isn't a totally restful sleep that you need for your body to recooperate from illness. Nyquil suppresses the ablilty to go into Rem sleep, which is what your body needs.
